Explore More Ease and Playfulness!
InterPlay is a simple and creative way to to experience the wisdom of your body. InterPlay uses simple guided forms to help us tell our stories through words, movement, stillness and using our voices. Interplay can be done by any body at any age. And you simply can’t do InterPlay wrong!
We welcome anyone interested in experiencing more fun, ease, creativity, self-expression, spirituality and community in their lives.
Want to see lots of smiling happy faces? Want to see moments of ease? Want to see what an InterPlay community looks like? Check out the photo album on our Facebook page from the first ever Collaboratively led Asheville UNtensive! You will see dozens of photos of InterPlayers in movement, stillness, laughter and compassion – on the street and in the studio. We wish you had been there too! Stay tuned for a possible Fall 2013 Asheville UNtensive!
